Do you take insurance?
Todd Blair takes these insurances:
- First Choice
- Premera
- Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield
Any other insurances would be billed as Out of Network.
Jessica Blair is in the process of being accepted in network with insurances. In the meantime she provides a Superbill if requested that can be submitted by the client to their insurance for reimbursement.
What kind of cost can I expect?
For Todd Blair
- If paying out of network or out of pocket then the price $125.
- If paying with insurance, the bill sent to insurance would be $185.
For Jessica Blair
- The price is $125 per session.
- I can provide a superbill that you can submit to insurance for reimbursement.

I believe in innate worth and goodness inside each person. Each of us cope with different burdens such as mental illness, grief, or various types of trauma. My goal is to help lessen the weight of these burdens so that you will be free to live your most authentic life.
I use a trauma focused lens and love to incorporate therapies such as EMDR, IFS which are powerful trauma tools to uncover and heal deep inner wounds from past trauma that may be affecting your life today. I also like to incorporate mindfulness based practices such as ACT and DBT for skills based interventions to help you gain the ability cope with current and future life challenges.
I also like to work with neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism), existential crisis, and anxiety.

I am trained in EMDR, ERP, CBT, CPT, CETA, MI, IRT and CBTP. Now I know what you’re thinking, well that’s a bunch of meaningless letters, um, cool? I share them because I want you to know that you have options, I want to help and I don’t believe there is any one specific way to do that. Maybe one approach resonates and another doesn’t or maybe it’s a combination. What’s important to me is to find what works for you. I have experience working with teens and adults, believe in an integrative approach as each individual is unique. I speak Spanish as well.
