About Todd Blair
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Masters in Clinical Counseling: University of Colorado
Eleven years experience in outpatient counseling, assessment/intake, groups, risk assessment, community presentations/education and intensive community support. Specializing in symptoms ranging from trauma, OCD, panic disorder, anxiety, depression and psychosis
I am trained in EMDR, ERP, CBT, CPT, CETA, MI, IRT and CBTP. Now I know what you’re thinking, well that’s a bunch of meaningless letters, um, cool? I share them because I want you to know that you have options, I want to help and I don’t believe there is any one specific way to do that. Maybe one approach resonates and another doesn’t or maybe it’s a combination. What’s important to me is to find what works for you. I have experience working with teens and adults, believe in an integrative approach as each individual is unique. I speak Spanish as well.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step—especially if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental, where you can be heard, understood, and respected.
My approach is both insight-oriented and goal-focused. I believe that exploring how past experiences shape current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors can lead to meaningful self-awareness and lasting change. Together, we’ll gently explore what may be influencing your present challenges while also identifying clear, practical steps toward growth.
I believe everyone deserves to feel heard and supported, and that change is always possible. My intention is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you build clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of well-being.

I am a compassionate and collaborative counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, supporting them in developing practical tools while also exploring the deeper patterns that may be keeping them stuck.
My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I believe therapy works best as a true partnership, where you feel heard, respected, and supported while also gently challenged to grow. I take time to fully understand your experience and collaborate with you to create meaningful, sustainable change.
