About Todd Blair
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Masters in Clinical Counseling: University of Colorado
Seven years experience in outpatient counseling, assessment/intake, groups, risk assessment in Juvenile Detention, community presentations/education and intensive community support. Specializing in symptoms ranging from trauma, OCD, panic disorder, anxiety, depression and psychosis
I am trained in EMDR, ERP, CBT, CPT, CETA, MI, IRT and CBTP. Now I know what you’re thinking, well that’s a bunch of meaningless letters, um, cool? I share them because I want you to know that you have options, I want to help and I don’t believe there is any one specific way to do that. Maybe one approach resonates and another doesn’t or maybe it’s a combination. What’s important to me is to find what works for you. I have experience working with teens and adults, believe in an integrative approach as each individual is unique. I speak Spanish as well.
About Jessica Blair
Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate
Engaging in counseling can be a scary first step. You may wonder if your symptoms are just in your head and if you really just need to “tough it out”. I applaud the courage it takes to look for a counselor and entrust someone with the scariest or most difficult parts of your life. I am honored to be that person for my clients.
I take a humanistic approach to counseling, which means I believe in innate worth and goodness inside each person. Each of us cope with different burdens such as mental illness, grief, or various types of trauma that and my goal is to help lessen the weight of these burdens so that you will be free to live your most authentic life.
I particularly love working with ADHD, moms, postpartum issues, depression, anxiety, trauma.
